General Description of the Institution

KU Leuven is currently the largest and most prestigious university in Belgium. Centre for Industrial Process Technology (CIPT) at KU Leuven uses ultrasound, aerosol, milli-flow reactors and artificial intelligence in (bio)chemical processes.

Field of expertise

CIPT is developing intensified aerosol chemical process units for various applications from organic synthesis of API precursors to CO₂ capture and reutilization units. They will design an aerosol reactor that will be able to perform the reaction/recovery/recycle process on the best performing MNC.
